Traditional saunas and ice baths in a Prahran laneway, run as hourly booked sessions rather than open-door bathing - one starts every half hour. Open from 6am on weekdays, which makes it one of the few places set up for a session before work; 9am at weekends. An hour is $30 off-peak and $35 peak. Bring bathers, a towel and water; showering before the ice baths is compulsory.
