The best described sauna of any public pool in Melbourne, and unusually specific about it: a dry sauna at about 80C, a steam room at about 44C and 80 per cent humidity, and a spa at about 36C. Both heated rooms have a push-button boost if you want it hotter. Ask for Swim, Steam, Sauna, Spa and Slide at $15.10, or $12.80 on a concession. The $10.10 swim ticket does not include the heat. Ten visits are $135.90, so $13.59 each. Sixteen and over, swimwear everywhere, and you must sit on a towel in the sauna. Open from 5.30am on weekdays and to 9pm Monday to Thursday. Lockers $2.30.
